Joining HEA

Joining Homeward Education Association is EASY! Just download and print the member application, fill it out, include payment, and send it to us by email, snail mail, fax, or stop by the office and drop it off. We even have a convenient mail drop slot for after-hours. Once we process your application you will receive a member packet from us with everything you need to know about what you need to document as you homeschool and what you need to submit for compliance at the end of the year.

Basic Member Fee: $40 for one student or $70.00 for 2 or more students.

Additional Add-On Fee for High School: $40 additional add-on fee for one high school student or $60 for two or more high school students per family per year. This is in addition to the basic member fee. The high school fee begins the year your student starts earning high school credit (this includes 8th graders taking classes for high school credit).

Service includes: maintaining membership files, reporting to school districts as required by law, and minimal telephone, e-mail support. For high school level, it also includes maintaining transcripts, GPA, and class rank, which is important for scholarships. This basic service does not include continual consultation concerning member’s home school.

Extended Fees: Please contact the office for a listing of other services offered and their costs. Services include consultations, transcripts, diplomas, and graduation ceremonies. Additionally, we can help customize and provide your curriculum if you need assistance with that. We also offer both in-person and online classes for high school credit.
